Surgical Abortion Procedures are available up to 23 weeks and 6 days from the start of the last menstrual period, as determined by ultrasound in our office. Most surgical abortion procedures are done in a single visit, but cases over 16 weeks may require 2 or 3 days to complete.
Medication Abortion also known as the abortion pill (Mifeprex, RU486) is available for pregnancies up to 11 weeks from the start of the last menstrual period.
